-         Conducted successfully risk, safety and reliability management activities for 4 stations of the Circle Line Stage 3 project in Singapore within strict time constraints and with demanding customers.

-         Led risk activities for 2 new train control systems for customer General Electric. Project value: £100k each.

-         Advised more than 5 clients on risk, reliability and safety issues. This included developing alternative approaches to risk management.

-         Presented to the Rail Safety & Standards Board Forum a risk methodology based on a Cost-Benefits Analysis that enables to select the optimum risk control measures for a given threat.

-         Chaired hazard/threat identification meetings, analysed hazards/threats, elaborated risk control measures and defined risk control strategy for more than 10 projects.
